• Public Limited Company (PLC) – For large-scale businesses; requires 3 directors and 7 shareholders.

 Key Steps in Company Registration

1. Obtain Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)
   Required for signing electronic documents. Class 3 DSC is mandatory for directors and subscribers.

2. Apply for Director Identification Number (DIN)
   DIN is allotted via the SPICe+ form for up to 3 directors. Additional directors must apply separately.

3. Name Reservation via RUN or SPICe+ Part A
   Choose a unique name that complies with MCA guidelines and isn’t identical to existing trademarks or companies.

4. Prepare Incorporation Documents

• Memorandum of Association (MoA) – Defines company objectives.
• Articles of Association (AoA) – Governs internal rules.
• Proof of registered office (utility bill, NOC, rent agreement).
• Identity and address proof of directors and shareholders.

1. File SPICe+ Part B and Linked Forms
   Includes incorporation, PAN/TAN application, EPFO/ESIC registration, and GST (optional). Attach MoA (INC-33), AoA (INC-34), and AGILE-PRO form.

2. Pay Government Fees and Stamp Duty
   Fees vary based on authorized capital and state-specific stamp duty.

3. Receive Certificate of Incorporation (COI)
   Issued by the Registrar of Companies (ROC), includes Corporate Identification Number (CIN), PAN, and TAN.
